We understand that quality work in the clearing industry begins and ends with superior safety.
Our attitude is that we must be proactive in our approach to safety, not reactive. We utilize resources such as industry-leading professionals and innovative training techniques to continuously improve our safety program. Our active approach to safety has helped us achieve one of the best safety ratings in the industry.
We employ experienced supervisors who build trust by nurturing our safety culture with employees and clients. All of our supervisors are skilled in recognizing potential risks, managing large crews, and planning for unexpected changes in weather and terrain. All of our site safety managers are highly trained in OSHA regulatory standards and their implementation.
Due to working in remote locations, we ensure that every member of our team is trained to handle emergency situations. We certify all of our employees in CPR/First Aid/AED and OSHA compliance, so that every team member contributes to site safety.
We believe in empowering our employees to actively contribute to their individual safety as well as the safety of their crew. All of our employees have Stop Work Authority and are required to use this authority to mitigate any observed hazards.
